I'm Hortencia, and this is the little bakery and coffee shop I dreamed up and built on E Main St. After months of hard work we opened our doors, and I wanted it to feel like the kind of place you'd want to linger in: sage-green walls, a big gold mirror, marble tables and soft velvet chairs.
Everything in the case is made fresh, from the tres leches and guayaba cheesecake to the cookies and croissant sandwiches. Whether you're grabbing a churro latte to go or settling in with friends, we want you to feel welcome the moment you walk in.

We're right on E Main St in downtown Hermiston. We're open Monday through Friday from 11am to 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 8pm. Pop in, no appointment needed.
Just walk in. We're a sit-down bakery and coffee shop, so come in, order at the counter, and grab a seat in the dining room. If you'd rather take it to go, we offer curbside pickup too.
Specialty coffee like our churro iced latte, plus matcha (and strawberry matcha), horchata and classic lattes. On the sweet side: tres leches, guayaba cheesecake, fruit tarts, s'mores cookies and a rotating case of fresh-baked cookies and pastries. We also make croissant sandwiches if you're after something savory.
